PaintShop Pro 2019 PicToPainting refuse de faire son boulot

C'est du chinois pour moi aussi, mais voici ce que j'obtiens à chaque fois que je lance PicToPainting avec PaintShop Pro 2019 sur Windows 10 ou Windows 7

Merci, c'est déjà fait :-)
Le problème n'est pas là, j'ai bien installé PaintShop Pro 2019 sur Windows 10 et Windows 7 et sur les deux systèmes (mais même ordi) le programme se plante.

Ne serait-ce pas un problème d'enregistrement des deux fichiers selon la méthode indiquée ici (pour des dll) :

J'ignore si cela s'applique à autre chose que les DLL ...

Non, ce n'est pas ça Zen-Luck. Tout fonctionne apparemment normalement, au moment de cliquer pour la "Preview" ou "Send and Close", le logiciel tourne à l'infini. Ce qu'on ne voit pas sur la vidéo, c'est autour du curseur de la souris, environ 5 secondes après que j'ai cliqué et pendant 3 ou 4 secondes, il y a le curseur occupé avec son rond bleu qui tourne puis disparaît, laissant présager qu'il s'est passé quelque chose derrière (l'erreur).

Je viens de faire fonctionner PicToPainting avec PaintShop Pro X7 en donnant à X7 le chemin vers les fichiers .8dbf:

Pour être certain qu'on se comprenne. Tu indiques le chemin dans "Emplacement des fichiers", what else ? De toute façon ce chemin est renseigné sinon je ne verrais pas apparaître le plugin dans ma liste de modules externes. Et puis il se lance...

Je veux dire qu'une fois le plugin installé, il crée un fichier .8bf 32bit et un autre 64bit ici:

Dans X7, je lui indique ces deux chemins dans Emplacements des fichiers / Modules externes
Et j'ouvre le plugin dans X7.
C'est pour vérifier si toi aussi, en faisant cela, le plugin fonctionne dans X7 ou bien si le problème est dans PaintShop Pro 2019.

Donc c'est le plugin lui-même qui interfère avec ton matériel... Bizarre...
